Recently I was interviewed by Cesar at the Project Management for the Masses Podcast.
It was a great conversation that can be found at this link: Time Management and the Project Manager. The PMBOK is silent on the topic of individual time management, which is interesting given the importance of this skill in getting projects completed successfully.
It’s likely that the work we’re doing at 2Time Labs will branch into time management for projects as there is not much being said about the topic, which is also strange. There might be considerable overlap between the research that we have already conducted and project scheduling.
