The book gets its name from the “imperfect” journey that Bill takes as he tries one thing after another in his attempt to save his job. As you read the book you may recognize yourself or your colleagues, who all want to get better at managing email, staying on top of things and living a balanced life – especially in the future, where the number of time demands we are expected to deal with is likely to be much greater.
