Many of the important topics in the book are described in greater detail at different locations here at 2Time Labs. For a  list of some of the important concepts discussed, see the list below.

  • relying on colleagues for habit support

I started making this list when I began the book then added to it as I went along. My first thought was to put as many links as I could find from my materials to each of these topics, but I soon realized that it would limit the reader to my selective memory, plus block the joy of discovering new ideas that comes from meandering through a content-rich blog.

So, I’ll point you in the direction of the 2Time Labs research blog with its 500+ entries. It explains the majority of these concepts and is built on the core concepts of Time Management 2.0.

Join the discussion forums on this page to explore any of these ideas in greater depth. In every case of which I am aware, there is some research that underlies and supports each topic, although it may not come directly from the field of time management.
